To enter into the contest complete and submit the above online entry form. All entries for the, 2009 contest, must be entered with the online form and received by Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard, Inc. by December 31st, 2009. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Only one entry per person. Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard is not responsible for lost, illegible, or late entries.
Contest is available only to homeowners, persons of or above the age of 18, except employees or families of employees employed by Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard, Inc. This contest is null and void were banned by state or city laws.
Ultimate Grand Prize: Triple pane, krypton gas filled, fusion welded, vinyl insulated windows.

Windows won cannot be installed into basement openings or mobile homes. Limit of 15 windows for “Ultimate Grand Prize”. All prizes include installation and warranties for respective products. Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard, Inc. is not held responsible for any responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injuries resulting from accepting or using any of our products. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Drawing of the winner will be done by Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard, Inc. All winners will be notified by phone or mail. Limit of one prize per household or person. The winners will be drawn at random. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. No purchase necessary to win. Purchasing will not increase chances of winning. The odds of winning are determined by the amount of people who enter. If the winner has purchased Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard, Inc. products and is drawn as a winner the homeowner can choose to take the retail value for part of or all of the prize instead of the product won.
Participants of the “WinMyWindows” contest are creating a business relationship with Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard, Inc. when they enter. Mid-Continent Thermal-Guard, Inc. reserves the right to contact all persons who enter into the contest regarding any future promotions and offers.
